Fertility Diagnostic Testing

There are so many fertility solutions available with modern medical advancements. While this is wonderful to make dreams of parenthood come true, it can also add to the already existing mental, emotional, and financial stress that comes with infertility, especially when you need to make a decision. At New Life India Fertility Clinic, we have seen countless journeys and understand the uniqueness of each person and situation, and so we always start with fertility diagnostic testing.
This testing enables us to choose the best treatment for you to address your specific fertility problems. These problems may include:

  • Endometriosis
  • Infertility caused by immune reaction
  • Ovulation disorders
  • Pelvic adhesions
  • Polycystic ovarian syndrome
  • Secondary infertility
  • Uterine fibroids

Diagnostic testing will allow us to assess your exact situation, helping to alleviate the stress typically associated with the overwhelming decision of choosing a fertility treatment. Our team here at New Life India Fertility Clinic is ready to guide you to the solution right for you.

Fertility Testing for Females

Age: The female body naturally loses its ability to carry a pregnancy successfully as it ages. This is a natural progression and should not be considered a fertility problem, but it does mean many women need fertility solutions to have a baby once they are over the age of 35. These solutions may include surrogacy or egg donation.

Endometriosis: Many women diagnosed with unexplained infertility may actually be experiencing undiagnosed endometriosis. Since this condition is difficult to diagnose without a surgical procedure, if you are struggling with unexplained infertility, please know we can still help you have the child you are dreaming of with fertility solutions.
Genetic: Women experiencing infertility or repeat miscarriages may have genetic diseases causing their struggles, and we have solutions to help overcome these medical concerns.
Ovarian Reserve: With a combination of a blood test and an ultrasound, we can test a woman’s ovarian reserve to determine her ability to conceive and carry a healthy, full-term pregnancy.
Ovulation: Many conditions, such as polycystic ovarian syndrome, can negatively affect a woman’s ability to ovulate. Since ovulation is necessary to conceive, this can make it difficult or even impossible to have a baby without help. New Life India Fertility Clinic doctors can help stimulate ovulation through prescription medication.
Tubal Status: Sometimes the sperm may be unable to navigate through the female’s fallopian tubes to meet the egg. Inability to fertilize the egg or ectopic pregnancy often happens when the tubes are blocked, kinked, or otherwise distorted. We can use a hysterosalpingogram (HSG), which is a dye test, to determine whether the tubes are open.
Uterus and Endometrial Lining: If fibroids, intrauterine lining scars, or polyps are making it difficult to sustain a pregnancy, solutions are available. Our doctors can assess the uterus and its lining with ultrasonography, hysteroscopy, or a sonohysterogram to diagnose the condition and offer corrective treatment.

Fertility Testing for Males

Age: Men over the age of 50 will naturally have higher rates of miscarriage and notice other effects on fertility.
Genetic: Genetic abnormalities, such as Klinefelter’s syndrome, may cause male infertility. We can test for these conditions and offer solutions.
Sperm Count: Testing for sperm count is especially important for couples with fertility concerns, as in many of these cases, medical conditions are affecting both partners. By testing for sperm count, our doctors can better diagnose the situation to find the most appropriate solution.
Sperm DNA Integrity: Some cases of unexplained infertility or repeated miscarriage may result from the sperm, not the egg. Our doctors will assess your situation by evaluating your sperm for DNA fragmentation.
Sperm Function: The sperm may not be able to reach or penetrate the egg for fertilization if sperm count or motility is low. If a semen analysis reveals low sperm count or motility, in vitro fertilization is the best solution to achieve pregnancy.

Fertility Testing for Males and Females

Sexual Dysfunction: Finding the best solution to infertility concerns requires assessment of both partners for erectile dysfunction or vaginismus.
Unexplained Infertility: Unexplained infertility is diagnosed when all other tests come back with no abnormalities. We understand this can be frustrating and upsetting, but we also want you to know that does not mean pregnancy is impossible. Fertility solutions are available to help you have the baby you desire.
